| I thought it would be helpful to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Kenton and I established Kentons Handyman Services in 2007. Since then I have built a loyal base of customers predominantly through word of mouth from satisfied customers who use my services time and time again and are happy to recommend me to their friends and family. My mission is to provide a high quality, professional and reliable service for local homeowners and landlords at reasonable prices. No job is too small. Although I do offer kitchen and bathroom installations, equally important to me is providing a service to customers who require a little help with bits and bobs around the house. Some customers find every day maintenance difficult or simply do not have the tools for the job and that is why I am here to help. I always aim to return phone calls and e mail enquiries at the earliest opportunity and arrange a visit as soon as possible to give a quotation. I will always arrive when I say I will and if there are unforeseen circumstances where I am not able to then I will always contact you giving as much notice as I can. I try to make evening and weekend appointments available to avoid customers having to take unnecessary time off work when giving quotations and when it comes to the start date I can arrive at a time to suit you which can be before 9:00am to avoid customers having to leave late for work. Having works done to your property can be disruptive and I try to keep this disruption to a minimum. I leave everything as tidy as possible at the end of each day and always clean up after myself. I believe you should treat customers' homes with the same respect you would show your own.
